Norah returned to Mother's Day Out this week. She is going 2 days a week, 10 hours total. I am having to talk myself into taking her, just like I did last year. I love having 10 hours to run errands (without my sweet toddler) and clean the house, but I have a tendency to feel guilty for various reasons (the money and the time away from Norah mostly). But I always come to the same conclusions. First and most importantly, I am a better wife and mother when I have some time to reorganize and restore. And second, Norah likes it. She walked right in her classroom and started doing a puzzle. So, I will choose to enjoy this time and pray that God blesses Norah's time away from "Baba."

You're such a sweet, loving mama. Don't feel guilty, though! Especially if Norah loves it there. You do need the time to recharge. Sol will be starting his third year in our Mother's Day Out program tomorrow. I'm a fan! Norah is positively lovely, and the picture of her sleeping on the previous post is heart-melting.

She is just so darn cute! I know MDO is a good thing for all...it hurts though, but it's in preparation for the ever dreaded school. It comes quick! Sometimes I feel like I don't have enough time to do it when I'm working 2 days a week and have three days to get stuff together, the weekends however aren't filled w/ chores, their filled with FUN, which is the point of getting stuff done without your kids - you get more time to enjoy and play with your kids.
